Ingredients:
2 large avocados, pitted and peeled
60 g dark chocolate
3 tbsp honey
½ tsp. vanilla extract
Toasted almond flakes, for garnish
Method:
- Using a food processor blend the avocados until they are smooth.
- Warm the dark chocolate over hot water until melted and add in the avocado along with the vanilla extract and honey. Mix well.
- Transfer to 4 ramekins and cover the top and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Before serving garnish with toasted almond flakes and finally – enjoy!
