2 large avocados, pitted and peeled

60 g dark chocolate

3 tbsp honey

½  tsp. vanilla extract

Toasted almond flakes, for garnish



  1. Using a food processor blend the avocados until they are smooth.
  2. Warm the dark chocolate over hot water until melted and add in the avocado along with the vanilla extract and honey. Mix well.
  3. Transfer to 4 ramekins and cover the top and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Before serving garnish with toasted almond flakes and finally – enjoy!
