These have a greater sustained antibacterial activity than alcohol-based hand sanitisers. It is fast-acting, non-flammable, non-damaging to the skin and is persistent. Studies show that Benzalkonium Chloride-based hand sanitisers become more effective (without irritation) after repeated use. Recommended for repeated use.
