Made from Koroneiki and Athinoelia olives for rich antioxidants and delicate notes, you'll find an initial aroma of fresh-cut green grass, followed by the fragrance of herbs and tomatoes. On the palate, it has a smooth and delicate creamy feel, with distinct notes of apples and more fresh herbs. It has a long finish with a tingling cracked pepper spice.
