Returns And Refunds

We hope that you are completely happy with your order and amazed by our award winning customer service. However, if you are unhappy with anything at all we would rather know about it. 14 Day Returns

If you decide you don't want any non-perishable items in your order you can return them to us within 14 days and we will exchange or refund for the item. Items must be returned in saleable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of return if the item is not faulty.

 

Damaged Products

Whilst we try very hard to deliver your items to you in perfect condition, if you do receive any that are damaged or faulty then please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will happily organise an exchange or refund.

Please include your order number when returning items by post. Once we have received the items, please allow between 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
