YOUNG & FRESH: Seaweed harvest season started from Nov ends April. Emma Basic Nori is made from raw material harvested at the beginning of the season to ensure the texture is not too chewing. HIGH PROTEIN + HIGH FIBRE: To Claim high in protein, (EC) No 1924/2006 requires a minimum of 20% of the energy value of the food is provided by protein. Emma Basic Nori lab test indicate 45.4g protein/100g contribute 36% of energy value. 32.4g Fibre/100g tested in Emma Basic Nori sample. HIGH STANDARD: Emma Basic Nori is made by Xihe, a manufacture managed by its Japanese investor, Kozen. Since 1894, Kozen has been dedicated to nothing but nori. UMAMI: Rich in natural umami, perfect for making sushi, eat with rice, Ramen topping, salad topping. All means have been applied to the best of our knowledge to keep seaweed nori from moisture. Once open please use it immediately.
