EORA's Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is crafted from the finest olives grown in the heart of Lakonia, Peloponnese, Greece. Known for its low acidity and high polyphenol content, our olive oil offers a rich, smooth flavour that complements any dish. Carefully harvested from small to medium-sized farms and cold-pressed within 24 hours to preserve its natural goodness. Our PGI Lakonia olive oil is a perfect blend of two local varieties Koroneiki and Athinolia, each contributing its best qualities. Koroneiki is renowned for its exceptionally high polyphenol content, while Athinolia, one of the oldest olive varieties in Greece and native to Lakonia is prized for its smooth, well-balanced flavour. Our olive oil's acidity consistently measures around 0.25%, and we always guarantee an acidity below 0.4%. The peroxide value is also impressively low, at approximately 6.00. Most notably, our oil boasts a remarkably high polyphenol content of approximately 600 mg/kg.
