Brighton Blue is a mellow semi-soft blue cheese with a creamy open texture and an attractive natural rind. It is a well-rounded blue cheese that does not overpower the palette, making it an inviting option on any cheeseboard or for cooking with. The cheese has won numerous awards including a Super Gold at the World Cheese Awards 2017-18 and 2019-20, along with Gold's at both the International Cheese Awards in 2023 and 2024. In 2025 it won a Gold at the World Cheese Awards in Switzerland and was voted 'Best Organic Cheese' at the British Cheese Awards.
