Psyllium husk is a great source of natural fiber that may support the functioning of the digestive system, while increasing the feeling of satiety. It naturally supports and improves bowel function. Usage: In the form of infusion: 1/2 teaspoon of psyllium husk pour a glass of hot water and leave for 20 minutes. In the form of gruel: 2-3 teaspoons pour a glass of lukewarm water and leave for 20 minutes. Drink on an empty stomach or between meals. Perfect for soups and sauces as a thickener. Psyllium husk can be served as an addition to yoghurt, milk, flakes and fruit.
