Our Bone Broth is made from locally sourced Irish & British grass fed beef bones. We use a high volume of bones to create a concentrated jelly bone broth not a liquid stock. The gelatine is the element which contains the collagen including amino acids which help soothe the gut and skin. We have been making bone broth since 2021 and our customers have been feeling and seeing the benefits of consuming our bone broth daily which is high in collagen and protein, low in fat and has no added salt.
