Mexican Sauerkraut is a traditionally fermented, unpasteurised sauerkraut made with fresh organic white cabbage and sea salt, flavoured with green jalapeno, garlic, coriander, smoked paprika, chipotle and lime zest. The long fermentation process develops a bright, clean acidity while allowing the flavours to soften and integrate naturally. The result is a balanced sauerkraut with gentle heat, subtle smokiness and a fresh citrus lift. It is versatile and pairs well with tacos, grilled vegetables, salads, grain bowls, and as a flavourful side to everyday meals.
