Our sumptuous Ruby Red Sauerkraut is infused with cumin seeds resulting in a flavour reminiscent of Indian cuisine. Earthy and full bodied Ruby Red Sauerkraut looks and tastes great with any meal. Barrel aged for several months and traditionally fermented this sauerkraut is unpasteurised and naturally rich in beneficial bacteria and plays a role in supporting gut health.
